What businesses ask us before subscribing.
Yes. All prices are inclusive of VAT — the amount shown is what you pay. Your tax invoice still breaks the VAT out as a separate line, exactly as a Saudi tax invoice requires.
A named user is anyone who signs in to the system: an accountant, a branch manager, a cashier. Customers and suppliers who only view their own portal are not counted.
Every plan includes one user, the account owner. Each extra user is SAR 150 a month, VAT included like every price on this page. You add users yourself from your account, at any time, and pay only for the rest of the current billing period.
Nothing is charged automatically. Your workspace is kept intact and you choose a plan when you are ready; if you decide not to continue, you can export your data first.
Yes, and annual billing saves 20% against the monthly price. You can switch between monthly and annual at any renewal.
