Raqeem exists because most businesses in the Kingdom do not want to buy servers, hire an administrator and run an upgrade project every year. They want the ledger to be correct, the invoice to be accepted, and someone to be responsible when it is not.
How the platform is run
Multi-tenant in operation, single-tenant in isolation. Each customer gets their own database — the separation is structural, not a permission check.
Instead of a marketing uptime number, we tell you plainly how the platform is built and what is backed up — so you can judge the reliability for yourself.
One database per customer
No shared tables and no shared file store, so a query in one workspace cannot reach another.
Backup cycle
A scheduled backup of every workspace once a day, keeping the database and the attached documents together, with the most recent copies retained.
Built on Odoo, not locked away
The platform runs on Odoo Community. Your data is in a standard PostgreSQL database and you can export all of it whenever you want — including on the day you leave.

Say what is actually true
Where the platform is technically ready but not yet certified for your establishment, we say so — on this website and in the sales conversation.
No exit tax
Your data belongs to you. A full export of the database and the attached documents is available on request, in a format another system can read.
